Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Estonia (Omniva): 1-3 business days

European Union (Omniva International): 4-15 business days

Outside EU (Omniva International): 7-20 business days

    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or courier delays.


    Order Tracking

    All shipments include a tracking number.
    You can track your order on the Omniva website or via the link in your shipping confirmation email.


    Customs & Duties

    International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
    These charges are not included in your order total.


    Incorrect Address

    Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
    If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.


    Lost or Damaged Packages

    Safi is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping.
    If this happens, contact Omniva with your tracking number and email us — we’ll assist as much as possible.
