Payment Methods
We use Shopify’s secure checkout, which supports major credit and debit cards as well as local and international payment options depending on your location. All payments are encrypted and processed safely through Shopify.

We ship worldwide. International shipping times and customs fees may vary depending on your country.
Exchanges and Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with EU consumer law. Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Once we receive the return, your refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
If you wish to change your order, you may request an exchange within 3 hours of placing your order. After this time, orders are processed and can no longer be changed.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary by location. Orders within the EU usually arrive within 2–14 business days, while international orders typically take 7–21 business days.
