Payment Methods
We use Shopify’s secure checkout, which supports major credit and debit cards as well as local and international payment options depending on your location. All payments are encrypted and processed safely through Shopify.
Taxes
International Shipping: Please note that the final price does not include applicable customs duties and/or local taxes.
Warranty
At Safi, each piece is carefully made using quality materials. If your item arrives with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll help with a replacement or repair where possible. Because many pieces are handmade, slight variations are normal and part of their unique character.
Please note that we don't cover damage from accidents, dropping, impact, improper use or normal wear and tear.
Exchanges and Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with EU consumer law. Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Once we receive the return, your refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
If you wish to change your order, you may request an exchange within 3 hours of placing your order. After this time, orders are processed and can no longer be changed.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary by location. Orders within the EU usually arrive within 2–14 business days, while international orders typically take 7–21 business days.
